Alison Fairweather is a Director and the Head of Compliance of Greenstone Equity Partners.
Ms. Fairweather works with senior management to establish policies and procedures as they relate to regulatory and legal compliance.
Prior to joining Greenstone, from 2011 to 2015, Ms. Fairweather worked for HgCapital, a private equity firm in London, where she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of their Fund Operations. Prior to this, Ms. Fairweather worked in the Client Services team of the Alternative Investment Solutions group of State Street Global Services in London, focusing on fund administration for real estate and private equity clients.
Ms. Fairweather holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham, UK and a Diploma in Investment Compliance from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
