Allison Nakano is a Vice President of Businesss Development at Greenstone Equity Partners.
Ms. Nakano has over eight years of international business development and client management experience in the United States, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. Spanning private equity, investment banking, asset management, retail & corporate banking, and family offices, Ms. Nakano’s deep understanding of the global financial markets underpins her proven ability to create strategic, long-term partnerships with diverse and sophisticated clients.
Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Nakano was a Managing Consultant in Michael Page’s Banking & Financial Services team based in Dubai. As a key member of their regional team, she was responsible for business development and the successful origination and recruitment of mid-management to executive-level mandates. Between 2014 and 2017, Ms. Nakano was a Managing Consultant with Michael Page in their Boston office, where she specialised in strategic advisory and recruiting for institutional clients. Prior to this, Ms. Nakano worked with the Food Export Association of the U.S. where she managed over 80 accounts supporting trade relationships worldwide. She also worked with the Turkish Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK) analyzing joint-venture investment opportunities between the US, Turkey and Sub-Saharan Africa. Ms. Nakano began her career with Emerge Financial Wellness, providing research and analysis to effectively manage the implementation and integration of Fortune 500 client accounts.
Ms. Nakano holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University, USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from San Francisco State University, USA. In 2017, Ms. Nakano was recognised by Notre Dame’s “30 under 30 Women to Watch” acknowledging the significance of her contributions professionally.
