Dania Haddad has over 24 years progressive experience in the areas of Finance Control, Operations and Funds Administration of corporate entities mainly within the GCC investment banking sector. Ms. Haddad specializes in financial reporting, monitoring and reporting of investments in various asset classes (mainly capital markets and private equity), as well as optimization of operational processes.
Ms. Haddad is an Assistant Vice President in the Finance and Accounting Division at Greenstone Equity Partners.
Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Haddad worked at: DHL Global Forwarding as Interim Financial Controller & Compliance Officer, based in Bahrain; at International Investment Bank in Bahrain as an Investment Consultant, where she carried out investment analysis and highlighted operational process short-comings; and at Baniyas Investment as Head of Finance, where she carried out in-depth financial analysis on the company’s cash flows, Islamic financing and client defaults.
Between 1992 and 2010, Ms. Haddad worked at BMB Investment Bank, a wholesale bank in Bahrain, where she was promoted to Group Financial Controller and tasked with ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial statements, regulatory, tax and management reporting for the entire BMB Group, as well as serving as an internal consultant on the impact of accounting policies and procedures on existing or new products and business initiatives.
Ms. Haddad holds a B.A in Economics from Richmond University, United Kingdom, with a dual area of concentration: Finance & Accounts and International Trade.
