Mohammed Al-Jouan is a Vice President and Head of Coverage of Kuwait at Greenstone Equity Partners.
Mr. Al-Jouan has over 15 years of asset management experience in the financial markets including equities & securities, hedge funds, mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Al-Jouan is deeply connected with an established network of relationships with institutional investors, SWFs, family offices, and HNWIs in Kuwait.
Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. Al-Jouan was the General Manager of Nox Management, a Kuwait-headquartered food and beverage conglomerate where he led investments and operations across the value chain from agriculture, logistics and distribution, manufacturing, retail, and restaurants. Prior to this, Mr. Al-Jouan was the Vice President of Asset & Wealth Management at Kuwait European Holding (KEH), the Deputy Head of Business Development at National Investment Company (NIC), and a Portfolio Management Unit Manager at Global Investment House in Kuwait. Mr. Al-Jouan started his career as a Financial and Economic Analyst, holding positions at Wafra Partners and Gatehouse Capital.
Mr. Al-Jouan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance & Information Systems) from the Pacific Lutheran University School of Business, USA and an Executive MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA. Mr. Al-Jouan also holds certifications in Finance and Portfolio Management from New York University, USA, and a certificate in Decision Making from Harvard, USA. He has also held board positions with Al-Bareeq Holding Company, Tawasul Services, and Tawasul in Kuwait.
