Sarah Hillman is a Managing Director and the General Counsel of Greenstone Equity Partners.
Ms. Hillman became General Counsel at Greenstone in 2020. Immediately prior to this, Ms. Hillman worked as Greenstone’s Head of Legal & Compliance. Ms. Hillman is responsible for: managing all routine legal matters of the company; drafting internal governance policies and regularly monitoring compliance; liaising with outside counsel and regulators on all regulatory matters; providing strategic and proactive advice; and proactively assessing and managing risks.
Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Hillman worked for The Royal British Legion, an armed forces and remembrance organization in the United Kingdom. Ms. Hillman was responsible for, amongst other functions, developing regular reports and recommendations for the Board of Trustees.
Ms. Hillman holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Law (Jurisprudence) from Oxford University, UK.
