Mrs. Moylan has over 15 years of experience workings for SMEs across the Middle East, Australia and the United Kingdom.  Mrs. Moylan specializes in efficiently managing the day to day internal operations of a company and delivering on strategic planning in accordance with the objectives and vision of a company and its stakeholders.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Mrs. Moylan worked for Core Savills in Dubai, UAE where she worked directly with the CEO to develop human resources initiatives and led a team to implement cultural and strategic change across all business units. Highlights during her tenure included the development of a training academy to provide training opportunities across 30 key areas within the real estate industry and the implementation of key rewards and recognition programs across the company.

Prior to Core Savills, Mrs. Moylan worked across a variety of organisations, including the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Australia and Gama Aviation in the United Arab Emirates, where responsibilities included developing company-wide KPIs, providing coaching and mentoring for senior executives and annual budgeting.

Mrs. Moylan holds a BA in Business from the University of Technology Sydney in Australia.
