Demetrius S. Iatridis is a Business Development Representative of Greenstone Equity Partners.
Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. Iatridis was a Credit Analyst for Eastview Investment Partners, a real estate credit fund in New York, where he gained experience in secondary market real estate debt acquisition, aggregation, and trading. His responsibilities included developing origination and acquisition strategies, debt product trading process design, and relationship management with investors and other real estate credit asset managers.
Prior to this, Mr. Iatridis gained internship experience as a Private Equity Analyst at Circe Capital, a Boston-based lower middle market investment company.
Mr. Iatridis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics from Connecticut College, U.S.
