Lana Pericic is an Assistant Vice President, Human Resources of Greenstone Equity Partners.
Ms. Pericic has over 9 years of experience in the UAE. Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Pericic was an HR Advisor at Liberty Steel Group, where she worked closely with the Global HR Director and Head of HR to redesign and update HR policies and procedures, organize smooth relocation and onboarding processes for many C-suite executives and senior management, assist with the implementation of new HRM system, and create a positive working experience through engagement and collaboration across departments.
Prior to this, Ms. Pericic performed customer services and administrative roles for dnata/Emirates Group, Radisson Blu, and Hyatt.
Ms. Pericic holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Singidunum University, Serbia.
