Our Team

Mr. Kotecha has over 20 years of business development and capital raising experience across investment banking, FinTech, and private markets

Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. Kotecha was a Director at MVision Private Equity Advisors in London, UK where he was responsible for capital raising across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries from institutional LPs across Western Europe.  During his tenure, Mr. Kotecha focused on private equity strategies (buyout, growth, venture capital, and distressed) and led teams from fund launch and execution through to closing.

Prior to this, Mr. Kotecha was a Vice President at Berchwood Partners, a boutique placement firm based in the U.S., and Director of Business Development at Argo Capital Management, a credit-focused emerging markets hedge fund. Mr. Kotecha also spent several years as a Company Director and Head of Sales at AlternativeSoft, a leading risk management platform for evaluating hedge funds.

Mr. Kotecha is a British national and holds a master's degree in risk management and insurance from City University, UK, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Bath University, UK.
