ADIA acquires a 40% stake in Landmark Dividend

The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in DigitalBridge subsidiary Landmark Dividend.
The deal was first announced in November last year and completed this week alongside DigitalBridge-sponsored vehicles.
