CDIB Capital commits to US venture and growth secondaries fund Pinegrove Opportunity Partners I

Taiwan's CDIB Capital Group has completed an investment in Pinegrove Opportunity Partners I, the $2.2 billion inaugural fund of Silicon Valley secondaries firm Pinegrove Opportunity Partners, backed by Sequoia Heritage and Brookfield. The fund provides liquidity and financing solutions to founders, management teams, and venture firms holding stakes in mid-to-late-stage private technology companies. CDIB said the commitment is part of its effort to build long-term partnerships with leading Silicon Valley venture and growth investors.
