GIC and Macquarie form Theseus Infrastructure to build US AI data centres

Anthropic, Macquarie Asset Management and GIC have formed Theseus Infrastructure, a new platform to develop, own and lease purpose-built data centres to Anthropic under long-term agreements, with an initial focus on the United States. Macquarie-managed funds and GIC will own the platform and fund the majority of the equity for each project, with Anthropic as anchor tenant.
