Its new headquarters marks a significant milestone in Greenstone’s 15-year history and reflects the firm’s continued growth as a platform connecting institutional investors and family offices with leading alternative investment opportunities across private equity, private credit, venture capital, secondaries, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge funds.
Located near the top of the world’s tallest building, Greenstone’s expansive new headquarters serves as the firm’s central base as it continues to expand its team of industry-leading professionals, deepen investor relationships, and support leading alternative asset managers across the GCC, Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America.
Today, Greenstone employs over 100 professionals and operates across key international markets, supporting alternative asset managers around the world to connect with its extensive network of investors in the GCC as well as in the Asia Pacific markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan.
Over the past year alone, Greenstone facilitated over 2000 investor roadshow meetings in the GCC and APAC, reflecting the firm's continued growth and the strength of its investor network.
To mark the occasion, Greenstone has released a short video showcasing its new headquarters and celebrating this important milestone in the firm's history.
Alex Gemici, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Greenstone, commented:
"The opening of our new global headquarters in the Burj Khalifa, coupled with celebrating Greenstone’s 15-year anniversary, represents a defining moment in our journey. What began as a vision to create an industry-leading capital-raising and investor coverage platform has evolved into a multi-faceted business that supports dozens of leading fund managers and thousands of investors across multiple continents.
This milestone is a reflection of the dedication of our team, the trust of our partners, and the strength of the relationships we have built. As we continue to expand outside of the GCC into the top markets in Asia-Pacific, we remain focused on delivering exceptional opportunities for our partners and creating successful connections between investors and fund managers.”
Omar Al-Gharabally, President & Chief Investment Officer of Greenstone, added:
"Dubai has rapidly established itself as one of the world's most important cities for private capital, entrepreneurship, and investment. Its ability to attract talent, innovation, and global wealth makes the broader UAE a natural home for businesses operating at the centre of international financial markets.
Greenstone’s Burj Khalifa headquarters reflects our commitment to investing in our people, expanding our global capabilities, and strengthening our position as a trusted partner to both investors and fund managers worldwide.”
