KIA and Wafra commit to European real estate fund

Pensions & Investments have reported that Henderson Park Capital Management closed its Henderson Park Real Estate Fund I at $2.2 billion, ahead of its $950 million target.

Leading with cornerstone commitments were the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) and Wafra Investment Advisory Group amongst others.
