Mubadala and ADIC join Athora’s €3.5 billion equity raise

Mubadala and Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC) were among the investors providing €3.5 billion of common equity commitments to European savings and retirement services group Athora.
The capital will support Athora’s acquisition of Pension Insurance Corporation Group and provide funding for the company’s continued growth.
