Mubadala Energy enters U.S. upstream gas market with Kimmeridge-backed investment

Mubadala Energy entered the U.S. upstream gas market by acquiring a 24.1% stake in Kimmeridge-backed SoTex HoldCo.
The investment strengthens Mubadala’s global energy portfolio and supports development of key gas projects in the U.S.
