National Pension Service signs agreements with leading US venture capital firms

Korea's National Pension Service has signed memoranda of understanding with six of Silicon Valley's best-known venture capital firms, Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst and New Enterprise Associates, which together manage roughly $313 billion in assets. Under the agreements, NPS and the firms will build long-term cooperation channels to identify global venture investment opportunities, formalising relationships NPS has been building through its San Francisco office.
