Temasek to Open Offices in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh

Singapore's Temasek plans to open offices in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh as it expands its Middle East presence, demonstrating the deepening investment links between major Asian institutional investors and the GCC. The offices are expected to be operational in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals, taking Temasek's global network to 15 offices across 11 countries. They will serve as strategic hubs for Temasek and its portfolio companies, several of which plan to share the space, while also supporting access to opportunities in Central Asia and Africa.
