Amer Shboul is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in building high-impact, scalable web applications. With a strong focus on modern front-end technologies, he has delivered transformative digital solutions across real estate, CRM, AI, and government sectors.

At Greenstone, Mr.Shboul leads the frontend engineering efforts, where he has architected and delivered cutting-edge platforms — including a real-time order management system, a seamless CRM migration from Salesforce, and an AI-powered conversational platform integrating multiple large language models. His ability to design intuitive user experiences while maintaining robust system architecture has consistently elevated operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Previously at ADRES (Aldar's technology arm), Mr.Shboul demonstrated technical leadership by mentoring teams, conducting technical interviews, and driving the successful delivery of complex, high-stakes projects — from large-scale real estate platforms to government systems.

Mr. Shboul is a Jordanian national and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Yarmouk University, School of Engineering, Jordan.
