Our Team

Ms. Villa brings over two years of experience in private markets, client advisory and regulatory research support.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Villa worked at AlphaSights in London, where she supported large-cap European private equity clients by facilitating access to sector-specific expertise for due diligence and investment research. In this role, she regularly navigated information governance protocols and confidentiality requirements to ensure engagements met internal and external compliance standards.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Villa worked as a Strategy Consultant at La Petite Alice, a sustainable fashion brand, where she led market entry analysis and digital sales expansion, including ESG-aligned product positioning and stakeholder reporting.

Ms. Villa is an Italian national and holds a Double Degree Master of Science in Creative Business Processes from Copenhagen Business School and in Arts and Culture Management and Economics from Bocconi University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University. In addition, Ms. Villa has completed the BCG Climate & Sustainability Virtual Experience Program and holds the ECDL Certificate, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
