Dalisha Patel is a Vice President, Compliance of Greenstone Equity Partners.
Ms. Patel has over seven years compliance experience across the full spectrum of fund strategies including private capital, infrastructure, real estate, ventures, and private credit.
Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Patel worked at EQT, a global private equity firm, where she was the registered Compliance Officer & Money Laundering Reporting Officer based in their UK office. Prior to this, Ms. Patel worked as a Compliance Officer at Kession Capital, a regulatory hosting and compliance consultancy firm, where she assisted businesses develop successful compliance frameworks and provided compliance advisory and monitoring services. A rising star in the compliance field, Ms. Patel has previously been selected as a finalist for the Thomson Reuters Young Compliance Officer of the Year and shortlisted for the Women in Compliance Awards as Junior Compliance Officer of the Year. Ms. Patel has previously held legal secretary and paralegal positions with leading firms in London and China.
Ms. Patel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Law from the University of Leicester, UK. She has also completed her LPC at the BPP Law School in London. Ms. Patel holds certifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments in UAE Financial Rules and Rules and Securities as well as a Diploma in Investment Compliance.
