Johan Kragbaek is a Senior Vice President, Business Development of Greenstone Equity Partners.
Mr. Kragbaek specializes in global business development, cross-border operations, and the establishment of professional networking platforms in the alternative assets and sales industries.
Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. Kragbaek was the Co-CEO of Private Equity Insights, the world’s largest community of private equity professionals, and connector of GPs, LPs, prospective portfolio companies, and industry service providers across the globe. During his tenure, Mr. Kragbaek led business development, product and service management, and effective cross-border growth initiatives for the firm from their London headquarters. Prior to this, Mr. Kragbaek was a Management Associate with Nova Founders Capital, a London-based venture capital firm and business incubator, and a Founder and Managing Director of SetSales, a sales media and networking company that he successfully launched, developed and drove to become Northern Europe’s leading community of sales professionals before moving into an advisory capacity for the company. Mr. Kragbaek began his career as an active-duty member of the Royal Danish Army, where he served honorably and participated in comprehensive exercises across North America and Europe with the multinational NATO Response Force (NRF).
Mr. Kragbaek holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Global Business Engineering from Aalborg University, Denmark, and a certificate of Executive Education in Strategic Innovation from Oxford Saïd, UK.
