Prior to this, Ms. El Falogy worked as a Customer Service Team Leader for Dnata, (part of the Emirates Group) where she provided high quality customer service and effectively handled customer complaint management.
Ms. El Falogy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Alexandria University, Egypt.
