Stephanie Carr is an Assistant Vice President, Human Resources at Greenstone Equity Partners.
Ms. Carr brings five years’ Human Resources experience, as a HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition specialist, to the firm. Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Carr held a Talent Acquisition role at McDermott International, a global leader in energy engineering. During her tenure, she led talent acquisition and transitioned into a Senior HR Business Partner role, providing HR operations and strategy advice to 280 employees. Prior to this, Ms. Carr began her career as a Recruitment Specialist in the Oil and Gas sector at Progressive Global Energy where she was responsible for permanent and contract recruitment across the MENA region.
Ms. Carr holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MSc in Human Resource Management from the National University of Ireland, Galway. Ms. Carr is a level 7 accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
