Ms. Aboutouk is a compliance professional with over a decade of experience across the financial services sector, spanning the U.S. and the GCC region.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Aboutouk was a Compliance and Onboarding Officer at Audacia Capital in Dubai, where she led key regulatory and compliance initiatives across the DIFC and ADGM jurisdictions. During her tenure, Ms. Aboutouk managed client due diligence and onboarding, oversaw entity licensing and maintenance, and developed internal compliance frameworks and training programs. She also served as a primary liaison with regional regulatory bodies on audit and governance matters.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Aboutouk held a series of roles across the U.S. banking and lending sector, including positions at BNP Paribas (Bank of the West), Blackstone-backed Stearns Lending, and BankDirect Capital Finance, where her responsibilities spanned fraud prevention, regulatory documentation, KYC/AML verification, and internal controls, supporting both retail and institutional client operations.

Ms. Aboutouk is an American national and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the Arab International University.
