Mr. Paggioro brings 9 years of experience across fundraising for liquid and illiquid assets, investor relations, business development, and risk management to the Greenstone team. His background covers both sides of the placement ecosystem: nurturing and developing relationships with GPs, as well as directly leading capital-raising efforts for different fund managers and strategies.
Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. Paggioro was involved in fundraising initiatives at Reag Asset Management, a multi-strategy alternatives fund manager, and at Moat Capital, a liquid equity asset manager operating long/short and long-biased funds. In these roles, he managed relationships with Brazilian pension funds, family offices, and asset managers, building a network of 70+ LPs. Additionally, he was part of the Business Development team at Jade Advisors, a global placement platform, where he worked closely with GPs worldwide.
Mr. Paggioro is a Brazilian national and holds a Master’s in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of São Paulo. Mr. Paggioro is fluent in English and Portuguese.
