Doni Lau

Ms. Lau has over 10 years of experience in business development, institutional capital raising, and relationship management within the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Lau served as Business Development Director at Aspen Digital (Everest Ventures Group), where she led capital raising and business development initiatives across Asia, focusing on private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. 

Prior to this, Ms. Lau held the position of Director, Fund Services (Head of Sales) at CLSA Limited, where she led institutional sales and cross-selling of alternative investment solutions and fund servicing platforms. She also served as Vice President, Alternatives Sales, Sector Solutions, Asia at State Street Bank and Trust Company, providing investment servicing solutions and money-market funds to alternative asset managers and offshore funds across APAC.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Lau held senior business development and sales roles at VistraAlternative Investment Services, ITRS Limited, and Dealogic, covering private equity and hedge fund clients, investment banks, asset managers, and institutional investors across North Asia and Greater China.

Ms. Lau holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, with minors in Marketing and Economics, from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), Canada, and a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. She is fluent in English and Cantonese and has business-level proficiency in Mandarin.
