Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Hawthorne worked as Operations Manager at Hubb Capital, a London and Dubai-based real estate investment firm, where she supported real estate transactions across residential, commercial, and student accommodation sectors and was responsible for overseeing operational processes, assisting with the structuring of special purpose vehicles and bond arrangements, and managing investor databases in compliance with KYC and AML regulations.

Prior to this, Ms. Hawthorne served as an Executive Assistant in the Residential Development Consulting team at BNP Paribas Real Estate and held a senior operations role at Rivendale Estates, where she supported the acquisition and management of a £40 million+ property portfolio.
