Our Team

Ms. Qishta is a versatile designer with a strong foundation in user experience design, service design, and digital content creation. Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Qishta served as a Service Designer at Tribal Experience, where she collaborated with the Ministry of Health and Prevention in the UAE to redesign and enhance public health services.

In this role, Ms. Qishta applied user-centred approaches and creative problem-solving strategies to transform public health services. Ms. Qishta played an active role in ideation sessions and co-developing service concepts, and supported the creation of prototypes to test and refine solutions with end users. Prior to this, Ms. Qishta worked as a part-time Content Creator at RAK Real Estate, where she assisted in designing social media content.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Qishta gained valuable agency experience as a Creative Intern at Alsayegh Media, where she contributed to a wide range of design and branding projects for well-known regional clients.

Ms. Qishta is a Filipino national and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design Management from the American University of Sharjah, UAE.
