Ms. Fathima is a technically proficient professional with a solid foundation in IT support, systems integration, and technology-driven project delivery. She has experience implementing IT-enabled building systems, automation controls, and providing hands-on support for hardware, software, and network operations. She excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing clear and detailed technical documentation, and ensuring smooth experiences for both end-users and stakeholders.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Fathima worked as an Events Coordinator at Viola Communications in Abu Dhabi, where she managed the end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile events. She also served in the Design and Estimation Department at Aspire Controls and Solutions, where she developed detailed project estimations for building and facilities management systems, including automation and control solutions.

Ms. Fathima is an Indian national and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from BITS Pilani, Dubai.
