Our Team

Ms. Dobrynina brings over 9 years of international experience in investor relations, capital markets, and strategic growth, with a focus on technology, sustainability, and alternative investments.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Dobrynina was Head of Investor Relations at Mighty Buildings, a U.S.-based construction technology company, where she helped raise over $70 million and led strategic partnerships with investors including Saudi Aramco and Khosla Ventures. She also oversaw the firm’s Middle East expansion, securing a $25–50 million joint venture with DAMAC Group.

Previously, Ms. Dobrynina was an Investment Associate at Ruvento Ventures, a Singapore-based venture capital fund, where she evaluated early-stage investments in deep tech and supported investor relations across global markets. She has also advised startups in the Middle East on capital raising and market strategy, with a focus on real estate and AI.

Ms. Dobrynina is a Russian national and holds a dual Master of Science degree in Business Analytics and International Business from Hult International Business School in San Francisco, U.S., as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, Russia.
