Our Team

Ms. Dobrynina brings over 9 years of international experience in investor relations, capital markets, and strategic growth, with a focus on technology, sustainability, and alternative investments.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Dobrynina was Head of Investor Relations at Mighty Buildings, a U.S.-based construction technology company, where she helped raise over $70 million and led strategic partnerships with investors including Saudi Aramco and Khosla Ventures. She also oversaw the firm’s Middle East expansion, where she supported investor relations and business development across the GCC.

Previously, Ms. Dobrynina was an Investment Associate at Ruvento Ventures, a Singapore-based venture capital fund, where she evaluated early-stage investments in deep tech and supported investor relations across global markets. She has also advised startups in the Middle East on capital raising and market strategy, with a focus on real estate and AI.

Ms. Dobrynina is a Russian national and holds a dual Master of Science degree in Business Analytics and International Business from Hult International Business School in San Francisco, U.S., as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, Russia.
