Mr. de Castro brings over five years of experience in private markets fundraising and investor relations, with a focus on private credit, special situations, real assets, and PE/VC strategies. He has supported global fund managers across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia, covering the full fundraising cycle from pipeline development and LP outreach to due diligence coordination, data-room management, and portfolio reporting.
Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. de Castro served as a VCPE Investor Relations Consultant to ABVCAP, the Brazilian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, and WP Capital. In this capacity, he represented more than 200 Brazilian fund managers in global investor missions, engaging sovereign wealth funds, development finance institutions, consultants, family offices, and institutional allocators across North America, Europe, and the GCC. He also led recurring LP communications, including quarterly letters, KPI reporting, and ESG updates, and organized targeted investor roundtables, roadshows, and co-investment briefings.
Mr. de Castro is a Brazilian national and holds a Master’s in International Management from HEC Paris and Bocconi University (CEMS program), as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP in São Paulo. He is fluent in English and Portuguese and proficient in Spanish and Italian.
