Mr. Kang is a member of the Greenstone team and, in Singapore, acts in his capacity as an appointed representative of Conduit Securities Pte. Ltd., Greenstone’s local regulatory partner
Mr. Kang has over 6 years of experience across Singapore private markets, regional capital raising, and corporate finance, with a focus on Southeast and North Asia, and has built relationships with family offices, limited partners, and institutional investors across Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. Kang was a Director at a Singapore-based multi-family office, where he built out the firm's private assets desk - sourcing and executing private-market investments and supporting capital formation, investor engagement, and co-investment opportunities.
Prior to this, he was the Investor Relations and Corporate Development Lead at a Southeast Asian venture capital firm where he managed investor communications and covered North Asian LP relationships across Japan and Korea. Mr. Kang began his career in strategic development at a regional venture capital firm, and in investment banking and M&A at boutique investment banks.
Mr. Kang is a Singaporean national and holds a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Exeter. He has passed CMFAS Module 4A (Advising on Corporate Finance).
