General Counsel
Ms. Hillman became General Counsel at Greenstone in 2020 and is a member of the Executive Committee. Immediately prior to this, Ms. Hillman worked as Greenstone’s Head of Legal & Compliance. Ms. Hillman is responsible for providing legal and strategic guidance throughout commercial engagements; managing all routine legal matters of the company; drafting and regularly monitoring internal governance policies; providing strategic and proactive advice; and proactively assessing and managing risks.
Ms. Hillman holds the position of Data Protection Officer for all Greenstone entities, overseeing privacy and data protection matters across the organization.
Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Hillman worked for The Royal British Legion, an armed forces and remembrance organization in the United Kingdom. Ms. Hillman was responsible for, amongst other functions, developing regular reports and recommendations for the Board of Trustees.
Ms. Hillman is a British national and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Law (Jurisprudence) from Oxford University, UK.
